How long do you need to build my website?

It depends on the package and the difficulties of the agreed scope. But the fastest we can for a standard website is 4 weeks including all test processes and deployment to live environment.

What is a Content Management System (CMS)

To explain it on a simplest way, A CMS allows you to add, remove or update content on your website without high level technical training. WordPress is an example of a CMS.

What ‘Responsive Web Design’ means?

Responsive website is the terms when your website can automatically adapt to any device screen sizes. It means that wherever user access your site they won’t have any issues on the display and it is easy to navigate.

What is Web Hosting and why I need it?

In order for your website to be live on the internet, it needs to be hosted on a web server. To give you an analogy, if you want to build a house (i.e. website), you need a piece of land (i.e. web hosting) to build your house on.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept bank transfer (any bank), GCash Payments and Paypal.

How does payment process works?

The project starts with a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% is upon project completion. The monthly maintenance fee will start on the day after the project deployment.

Do you accept refunds?

YES, we accept refunds but only on downpayments. However, once your downpayment is already used to purchase your desired domain and web hosting, we cannot give your full downpayment amount back.

Why you charge monthly maintenance fee for website?

Building a business website is not just a one-time effort. Having your website deployed in the www is not enough. Regularly updating and maintaining your site is crucial to ensuring that your site is running at full capacity.

Just like cars, websites require maintenance to operate properly. Properly maintaining your site helps to ensure site security, technology updates, backup processes, server monitoring and more.

Prevention of getting hacked, Website downtime, Web files being corrupted and other aspects are the main reason why we need to maintain your site regularly.

How long will it take if I have maintenance requests like content updates and issues fixing?

It depends on the difficulties of your request. Our standard turn-around time is 24-48 hours, however once support specialists are vacant and free during your request time, we will accommodate your request as soon as possible.

How can I raise a maintenance request or ticket?

You just need to email us at our email account or message your designated Project Manager/Account manager and they will be more than happy to assist you.

Can I transfer my website to another provider if I want to?

Absolutely Yes! You own your website 100%. We will provide all the necessary files for transfer including the source code. However once completely transferred we are not accountable to any issues of the website.

Luckily, we haven’t experienced any transfer request for the years of our business. That’s a simple proof of the service we offered.

Is there a possibility that my website will be deleted or get corrupted?

In the world of web technology there’s always a chance that this will happen. However, once you availed our Maintenance package we include daily back up processes on your website.

This means once your site became corrupted/deleted we can back it up with the latest version.

What is the minimum months for the maintenance period?

We offer minimum of 1 year maintenance for all the web development package we have. Simply because we don’t want you to experience any technical difficulties on the early part of the deployment. After the 1 year minimum you can choose if you want to continue or not the maintenance

What if after a year I need to discontinue the maintenance, how can I update my website contents?

If you're somewhat tech-savvy, you can update and add new content through WordPress CMS byyourself.

There are tons of WordPress CMS tutorials and how-to videos online. We will give you a standard WordPress CMS tutorial that we believe is enough to make you capable of updating the site by yourself.
